About Me
Shohana Islam Sumona is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting under Faculty of Business Studies at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University. She has completed her MBA and BBA from the Department of Accounting & Information Systems, University of Dhaka. She has been awarded Dean's Merit Award-BBA 2018 and also nominated for Dean's Honor Award- MBA 2019 from University of Dhaka. Previously She had worked as a Monitoring Officer in Financial Reporting Council (FRC) under Ministry of Finance from March, 2021 to February2023. She had also worked as a faculty member at Jashore University of Science and Technology University, (JUST) from February, 2023 to June, 2024 She has expertise in applicable accounting and auditing standards in Bangladesh.
